I found a great stock by ~Kechake-stock, and I wanted to create something unlike my normal stuff.

I mainly used Adobe Photoshop, but I used some elements from my Cinema 4D collection.

This is just pure awesomeness! ^^ May I ask what technique u used to create that hair? Just pentool + liquify, or something else? : )

Yeah sure: I used her original hair as a reference, then I changed the color so it would stick out, and then I used smudge tool (along with some brush tool and erase tool) to give it a more special look.

Liquify is a good alternative, but it creates more "dead" pixels, but you could try to liqufy the hair and then smudge it out.
